SHIPPING POLICY - OUTSIDE LOCAL AREA
All online orders under $80 (before taxes) and out of our Free Delivery range, shipping charges are applicable.
All online orders over $80 (before taxes) and out of our Free Delivery range, minimum of $15 delivery charge is automatically applied (certain conditions apply refer to Custom Delivery Section et/or refer to the descriptive section of the product)
Delivery times are calculated by Canada Post and do not include our preparation time for the package.
All packages are delivered by Canada Post. (note: Canada Post offices are closed on weekends)
SHIPPING POLICY - CUSTOM DELIVERY
All products with a weight > 12 lbs (such as: Pura X, Litter bags, Cat Trees etc) and require Zen-imal Custom Delivery services
- Our staff are at your service
- An appointment will be made with our customer before delivery
- NO ORDER shall be left at the door
- Masks are worn by the staff
We have a 30-day return policy, customers have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Pura X (please verify the manufacturer warranty). Please contact us at [email protected] should you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds are for the value of the item tax included at purchase, refunds do not include any shipping charges that may have been applied.
